Before I click on that I need to know - is this as awful as Speaking In Tongues?

Pretty much.. Seems the synth driven arena rock thing is on more songs than just Speaking In Tongues.

I loved everything they've done before, been listening since Mirrors, but couln't make it past 1 minute of Speaking In Tongues. Not even gonna bother with this one then. There's too much good stuff to listen to this year anyways...

Yeah me too. I thought Bones was a great record. Still have some hope left regarding the rest of the new album though.

Agreed. Bones was great, AOLAD and the EP were awesome. This is so far looking like a 3/5

Two singles released so far have been enjoyable, but neither have been very memorable or just plain great either. Rising Up > Speaking in Tongues imo...hopefully the rest of the album is better than these though.

They said they wanted to go with dancier music. Gustav wood said in an interview they wanted to sound like the killers meets the academy is... so....

I still regularly listen to I Want Out today. pretty excited for this album.
