I've been expecting them to come out with an album that's just a studio recording of Behemoth. Excited for it for sure, but wish they had more new stuff.

I never could get into their last album, and I absolutely loved all of their prior material. Hopefully this is better.

When I saw them live they played Behemoth and it pretty much ruled. So if this is just a studio version of Behemoth, I'm sure as hell not complaining.

the excerpt sounds really cool and I'm glad they're finally putting this on tape. I mean, I hope they put out a record of original material sometime down the line, but I'm still stoked to finally hear a proper version of this song.

there's a difference between a band playing two or three songs, one or two tours before record announcement and a band playing pretty much the whole album about 4/5 years before record announcement js

all of their songs are already divided into movements so dividing this one song into separate "tracks" for easier consumption makes sense and hardly changes anything. But for symbolic reasons I get what you mean.

Track 1 & 4 will be the music parts of behemoth and 2 &3 will be the ambient drone parts.Kind of like with Don't Bend Ascend, but slightly different.

This is original material, they just wrote it and refined it on tour. I don't know what you people are complaining about. Swans do it, and so do many other bands. Its not like they have released the song before, you have just been listening to a bootleg
