They have some cringeworthy lyrics but overall this band is really good and I'm stoked for this.

Vocals are great

I kinda like the story in the song but the lyrics on occasion just seem really immature. I feel if they just changed a few things here and there it would be a lot better.

The lyrics felt slightly as though they were from (an albeit messed up) children's book. I'd like to think given the song that this was deliberate, but I can't be sure.

Either way, looking forward to this new album.

I don't much care for Lammendam but I absolutely LOVE Death Came Through a Phantom Ship. Love damn near every second of it. Where the Corpses Sink Forever took much longer to grow on me and never overcame mediocrity in the end. I hope this is a return to form.

I love how the vocals are louder than the guitars, and the guitars aren't that powerful. And that's not even getting into the lulzy lyrics.

Visited a place called carach angren in shadow of mordor earlier, the game is insane

holy shit, the music itself was fucking great, some of their best work yet. the lyrics were pretty shitty though.
