Arctic Monkeys Want To Record 2006-03-29 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 9 Comments | The Arctic Monkeys have told the NME that they're itching to return to the studio... and they've got almost an entire album's worth of material written.
"The second album will be different I think," singer Alex Turner said. "We've already got more than ten songs, because we've been writing for a long time. The last song that went on the (first) album - 'You Probably Couldn't See For The Lights But You Were Looking Straight At Me' - was written last May."
He continued: "So there are all the songs that we've written since then and they're all a bit different. I'll just be excited about getting back into the studio."

i think that arctic monkeys are one of the greatest revelations of this year in the english rock scene. They may have been overexposed by the media but they still kick major ass. love faad

i hope they dont change their style, i think there a good band, but im scared that they will have an albulm of slow and boring songs. I think that The arctic monkeys might be 1 albulm wonders. But hopefully not.
