Lich King re-record old material

2014-10-12 by Mister Twister | 20 Comments
According to a recent announcement by the band, Lich King's first two albums "were recorded and mixed by a guy who had no idea how to do either. They stink".

To rectify this, a new EP has been announced, entitled Do-Overs. The EP will feature re-recordings of five tracks from Necromantic Maelstrom and Toxic Zombie Onslaught, as well as a cover track.

isn't a thrash revival band re-recording songs the same thing as releasing new music?
