They should have had a real drummer and bassist for this project. Such a waste.

But Division is dope as fuck, and I enjoyed the EP. Its sometimes frustrating to me though when things like this happen, where a harder AFI would be really dope (in my opinion), but instead, he feels like he has to go totally to the other side of the spectrum instead of finding a middle ground, which Division kind've is. Still would like to hear some cleans as well, but that's just my taste I guess, and ultimately of course the artist has the right to do whatever the fuck he wants.

I'm stoked that this project is happening, and yet I want it to be better than it is.
Pretty bummed they stuck with the synthetic rhythm section instead of re-recording, but Division is better than the previous songs we've heard so I guess we'll see how the whole album turns out.

woah Division is sick. seriously, its just nice to hear this side of Davey again. in the end, the sound is very one-trick pony, but i can dig it. its what they wanted to make and im glad it exists
