If anything, maybe it's a good thing that Bungle isn't making another album. After 3 albums of perfection, it'd suck if their 4th was even slightly bad.
Especially since California is a hard album to top.

Suspended Animation was easily this band's best effort for me. I really don't listen to their other three albums at all. If the new one is around the quality of SA, I will be satisfied.
