Hamilton hasn't released anything worthwhile for a long ass time. I doubt this will change my mind.

In the Meantime isn't even their best album, fools. I like Betty and Aftertaste more than it. Strap It On is really great too.

As far as their reunion material goes... it's not phenomenal. There are a few tracks sprinkled in there that are gems, but the albums as a whole leave quite a bit to be desired... though I would say the latest one was better as a whole than the other two. Either way, mediocre Helmet is better than no Helmet at all, and like others have said, the riffs have still been brought on each album. For days. The band still rules live too, by the way. I have a feeling this album will be their best since Aftertaste.

Aftertaste is Helmet at their best. As for their best, probably gonna have to disagree with you. We can only hope!

HA no way. I love everything else they've done up to that point but that was the peak of their creativity.

Aftertaste Rules hard but Meantime and Betty are the best by far.

Meantime > Aftertaste > Betty for me

for me its Meantime > Betty > Strap it on > aftertaste

Meantime > Betty > Afrertaste = Strap it on > SED > SM > Monochrome
