Sleep Parade disbands 2014-09-15 by Masochist | 2 Comments | Australian progressive rock band Sleep Parade have announced on their Facebook page that they are splitting
up. Lead singer and guitarist Leigh Davies wrote this statement:
"It's been quite a while since we last touched base with you all. We have all been busy focusing on other
musical endeavours and bits and pieces.
Sleep Parade have unfortunately decided to call it a day. We have all had a blast along the journey for the last 10
years and played with heaps of great bands who we'd again like to thank for their support and fun times over the
years."
There has been no word on what brought the band to this decision, nor what sort of other "musical endeavours"
each band member has embarked on.
The band's legacy includes two full-length LPs, 'Things Can Always Change' and 'Inside/Out', as well as two
EPs, 'You Are Here' and 'Mr. Identity'.
