Getting back to what the actual article is talking about, the more I think about it, they seemed REALLY tired when I saw them live back in 2011 (they played with Blink 182, who blew them out of the water that night)

I mean, if I was approaching my mid thirties and was in a band that was still producing music that attracted predominately 15 year old girls, I'd rethink my life too. Chances are they probably craved to be taken more seriously, wanted to gather a larger audience, make more mature music and it just wasn't able to happen.
