This is lovely. I had kinda hoped that putting Sprinkle at the helm would make this sound more like Cities, but this is a nice refinement of the Vital sound. Stephen Christian continues to impress.

I had no idea the re-recorded version of TFGD did so well for them on that album. He does make some good points about people bitching about that version.

really? I thought everyone knew it was their biggest mainstream song, haha
it charted at #1 on the Alternative Rock charts, was certified gold (half a million copies sold) as well as featured in a guitar hero game
it was really big for the band

Excellent song.
This is shaping up to be a pretty fantastic album. I liked all 3 songs released so far and the snippet
of Atonement is pretty great as well.
