BWP and it's cover fit perfectly. The warm feel of heritage fits it's cover too.

Kinda mixed on how I feel bout the cover here. I love the pictures themselves but that beam of light really doesn't resonate with the rest of the thing itself. Also the colors of the wood and the gold nameplate seem way too light

Pretty much thinking the same thing. Just some of the colors used here are way too bright for something called Pale Communion

Wiz I'm not sure that's ever happening, and it's depressing as fuck. I wasn't much for a lot of the post-BwP stuff, but at least Deliverance and Ghost Reveries retained a little of the darkness that made the other stuff awesome.

wrong. some of them (like me) just know the band since the early nineties and had very high expectations for each new opeth album and those expectations were met every time despite the evolution of their sound from album to album. then came heritage.

On Wilson, his last 2 albums were great...with Grace being incredible and one of my favorites of the past few years

Raven is great. Porcupine tree is one of the most overrated bands around here.
Fear of a Blank Planet and a few songs here and there are the exceptions.
He is a great producer though.
