Charlie Simpson Announces Album Details

Charlie Simpson has announced details regarding his second solo album, the follow up to 2011's Young Pilgrim. Set to be released on July 14th, the new record will be titled Long Road Home and the tracklist will be as follows:

1. Long Road Home
2. Comets
3. Winter Hymns
4. Emily
5. Haunted
6. Would You Love Me Any Less
7. Ten More Days
8. Blood
9. Still Young
10. Forty Thieves
11. Another Year

The song 'Winter Hymns' was the first song from the album to be made available in March, and can be streamed on Simpson's YouTube channel below. By pre-ordering the album from either his official store at http://www.charliesimpsonmusic.com or iTunes you will recieve a free download of the song.

I thought his first album was good though, and especially the When We Were Lions EP, but would prefer Fightstar to do something.

No Charlie Simpson on it though. I suppose that's a good thing - I admire him a lot just for the HUGE step in quality he took, I mean, from Busted to Fightstar.

That alone makes him an awesome person and musician.

Yeah they've said that, so hopefully end of this year or at least beginning of next when it will the 10th year anniversary of the 'They Liked You Better...' EP. Some shows then would be nice.
