since when can we stream youtube from within sputnik! :-O
you can tell I'm a lurker these days
| |
No, this is the first time I've seen this
| |
Times be a changin'
| |
Damn. Pretty cool stuff.
| |
A comment from mx! This is a cool evening
| |
Glad the site is still moving forwards, all these small integration are the way to go
| |
That is a pretty sexy youtube stream on the site.
| |
Bright Enough is spectacular.
| |
Jona Weinhofen >
| |
Well, damn sputnik. Im impressed.
| |
Regardless, I'm avoiding this. The singles were horrible as were the vocals.
| |
Sick idea
| |
Can we get back to the point here?
Back to the stream: It's not bad, but could be better.
| |
Album is okay, coming from somebody who loves Music for the Recently Deceased. The Youtube thing in the article is awesome.
| |
The first time I've ever seen the sexy youtube stream thing...
and it's wasted on a shitty song
| |
damn vids can now be embetted in news posts? weuuuu go sputnik
| |
downloaded this today..tis pretty sweet, better than the singles they released imo
| |
It's hilarious that this article provided better news for the site than the news in the article itself.
| |
This is solid as hell so far and the production is great
| |
Why does every post 2007 metalcore band have the exact same god awful drum tone?
| |
Sweet vid integration; I liked some of IKTPQ's old releases, but this guy's vocals aren't doing much for me.
| |
Not very good so far, vocals are terrible.
| |
The last track, Brevity, is awesome. Wish there were more moments like it on this.
| |
I can only get the first track to play
| |
Also most viewed news section is pretty cool
| |
wow worst band name ever
| |
I hate the band name also but this album is decent
| |
Full stream: http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PLcZMZxR9uxC86zwfXwXDFtTM9VUxI66ag&v=yyK_0f5DKHM
The article I posted had the full thing, but this one with all of its fancy embedded videos doesn't
have it :P
| |
Listening now. Bright Enough and Meilor are pretty cool.
| |
Bright Enough is great, but it's a shame the vocals are atrocious for the most part.
| |
2.3 hard
| |
A mod edited this article, I originally linked to the AP article. I think they just wanted to show off the new embedding option, but this news post wasn't the best one to do it on, since it looks like the forum bb code doesn't support the playlist-style YouTube embedder shown on AP.

I think the new vocalist sounds ridiculously similar to Ed Butcher, and I liked his vocals. I don't see why people always knock the vocals on their new stuff, unless they're referring to the cleans. Those are rather disappointing (and lack this certain element that i can't quite place that made the older stuff so cool)
| |
Jona is seriously underused as a vocalist. He really should have had more involvement during his BMTH days.
Once saw the vocalist get his head kicked in.
| |
This could be their first album I like
| |
Norwich scummer!
| |
I'm enjoying this, but not so much the clean vocals.
| |
On second thought, cleans are alright.
| |
Jonas cleans are great on this, they should be used more often then they are
| |
Vocals ruin this for me.
| |
Really bad vocals and instrumentally the singles didn't do much for me, hesitant to bother giving the whole thing a listen.
| |
Digging pretty hard so far. And I don't mind the vocals at all.
| |
Just listen to Define The Great Line or something instead
| |
I shall, thank you treb.
| |
Dammit, didn't get to acknowledge my 200th comment on my 200th comment. So disappointed in myself right now.
| |
"Why does every post 2007 metalcore band have the exact same god awful drum tone?"
Why does every Trebor17 post have the exact same godawful humourless tone?
Whoever made this loser a contributor should be shot.
| |
Bright Enough is fun-ish, nothing too remarkable here
| |
ButteryBiscuitBase hahaha. Much love x
| |
This has a lot more comments than I expected.
| |
Band name is white as fuuuuuuuuuuuck
| |
I Killed The Prom Stream
