New Motorpsycho album

Norwegian psychedelic rockers, Motorpsycho have announced the release of Behind The Sun, their 17th studio effort (excluding all collaborations and soundtracks). It is scheduled to be out on March 7 as a double LP, CD and digital download (a first for the band) and it is their second album to feature second guitarist Reine Fiske.

Although the band hasn't revealed the tracklist, three new songs (recorded live) are available for streaming on Soundcloud:

I heard it a couple of times, but I don't know, I didn't like it as much as Heavy Metal Fruit or Eggplant. Nevertheless, it's a great achievement for the band. I'll give it another shot though.

Our drummer saw them in London a couple of years ago and said they were awesome (they have this hit and miss vocal issue, sometimes they sound good and sometimes they go terribly wrong). They're touring this spring and I'm sure they'll be back to the UK, maybe you can see them.

I've only heard their latest 3 plus the suite from Little Lucid Moments (which is awesome) and some of Timothy's Monster. They're the kind of band where every album is different and every album is worth listening to
