But EK was one of their weaker albums (still awesome, though). Could there be a correlation between art content and musical quality? If so, AOTY 2013.

I actually prefer the more minimal approach, at least with these guys. provides more room for interpretation of the sounds/textures.

Artwork is awesome. Less is more. So many albums nowadays go way over the top with covers.

Art kinda reminds me of skyscrapers so I assume that's what they were going for.

that makes sense. I'm already liking it more, I'm definitely seeing the skyscrapers towards the top, and people on the street or something at the bottom.

They're last output has been kind of meh, we will just see how good this is.

Their last album was not as good as their first three but it still was pretty damn good. As long as this new album has epic songs like Echoes, Genesis, Vague Illusions, Finland, or Dark City, Dead Man I will be happy.
