Pretty good album. Anybody who's familiar with their other stuff should give it a shot.
| |
as expected, they have redeemed themselves after yotbr.
| |
best release from them since good apollo.
| |
it's good, but it's hard to care for them. i can't describe why.
| |
As much as I like C&C, so far I'm not HUGELY impressed. However, I think once Descension is released and I listen to the both of them as a whole, it will blow my mind.

Album is the tits
| |
Ok this album is amazing, but I still have to wait 4 months for Sentry the Defiant
| |
It is pretty good. Not big on some of the lyrics, but that is to be expected. I really didn't care for much after Good Apollo.
| |
If the 3 tracks between the key entity tracks were better this would be incredible. As it is it's still pretty sweet though and I wanna see how it works with the other half.
| |
"The Afterman" and "Goodnight, Fair Lady" are two of the best songs wtf are you talking about
| |
fair lady is pretty much a thin lizzy ripoff tho
| |
I think this is fucking awesome, and I think it's going to be even better when Descension is released.
| |
"fair lady is pretty much a thin lizzy ripoff tho"
it's this album's equivalent of the suffering.
| |
album is brill
| |
i've only listened once, but ya, it rules.
| |
"Our next album will be a prequel to this prequel, which was a prequel to our first prequel, making it the prequel to the prequel of the prequel."
| |
lol so prog
| |
At first it didn't seem as good as the last album but repeated listens made me love this album. Every song is amazing
| |
Giving this a listen, still need to grab tickets for their show.
| |
amazing. way better than yotbr
| |
""The Afterman" and "Goodnight, Fair Lady" are two of the best songs wtf are you talking about"
Neither do much for me, though they're not bad at all. The Afterman seems like a pretty bland attempt at indie to me, and Fair Lady and Mothers both remind me of the less memorable tracks that fall in the middle of GAIBS1. They definitely could still grow but Domino and Vic are easily the best two tracks here IMO, Evagria coming close behind.
| |
not very gd!!!!!
| |
I'm still not digging "Goodnight, Fair Lady" all too much, I'm sure it's a grower. Vic is such a sick song though. Also, the unreleased acoustic for this album "The Homecoming" is amazing. I'm hoping it'll be on Descension.
| |
hey adam
| |
Sup kill. I wish I could greet you with your own screen name
| |
vic the butcher is sooooo sick. the hooks
| |
damn, Evagria the Faithful brought that Coheed sound I've come to expect. too bad the rest of the album paled in comparison to that song
overall, it's aiight
| |
Thought this album was going to flop, but it was actually fucking amazing. I honestly can't find a weak song on here
| |
claudio's vocals and coheed's concepts always made me regret buying their albums
| |
Hollywood. If it wasn't for that gayass chorus it would def be a strong track
| |
Never have liked these. Tried to listen to this but after only 2 minutes into track 2 I had to turn it off
| |
can't wait to listen to this
| |
Never listened to these guys before...what out of their discography should I start with?
| |
Second Stage Turbine Blade and In Keeping Secrets are their first two and best two albums- if you don't like those, you may not like this and if you do like those, you still may not like this.
