What do you expect with JR in the band. While he was in BoO they made the highest-rated album, so I assume he took that sense of confidence with him.

The vocals are quite horrible, but the guitar melodies are good, very reminiscent of Born of Osiris

I'm digging the instrumental side for the most part, now maybe if they get a guy that can actually do vocals worth listening to and lose the lame pseudo dark, gory image I could enjoy this album a bit.

Guitar wise it's pretty solid, a little to BOO but good none the less. The vocals on the other hand, are pretty horrible as usual.

I dig it I'm a sucker for CG but this is sounding so much better than their older stuff.

Each song sounds the fucking same and the vocals are absolutely horrifically bad.

Drums improved heaps and JR has had a really positive effect on the band. Buy it sounds like the vox are getting worse with every release

Found a leak to the Ep, wow Jason slays.

Fun EP is fun, sounds like BoO for obvious reasons but it's still fun.

These guys have been a guilty pleasure band, I must say. New singing sounds kinda Miss May I-esque. Don't expect too much from this new EP though.

This is really good. I don't care what people say I like the vocals =p. It's different than any other vocals and I think they are awesome. Some of his highs are chilling =p. Definitely a good EP can't wait for a full release.

And this really didn't remind me of The Discovery. Guitar tone is way different (not as... crunchy... i would say). Stop saying that it sounds like BoO only because, Jason is in it, it sounds like Chelsea Grin with a new guitarist experimenting with sound. And might I add doing extremely well at it.

I like how the old school fans get mad as the band progresses. I'd figure they would get bored of the constant breakdowns after awhile and like a new progression of the band.
