Fucking sweet, I wasn't expecting another release from this band, really enjoyed The Tide.

SO stoked for this. I'm glad that Jimmy finally changed his mind. From what I had heard, he had no interest in bringing Trenches back.

They said on the facebook that they're gonna add some more songs to the 11 that they've had written for years. Might end up being a 14-15 track album. That's cool by me.

Reckoner actually has been a thing at least since late 2010. it's just that they severely hinted at breaking up and nobody thought they were actually going to release it until now.

So I dig Post-Metal but have never checked out this band. How do they stack up to other Post-Metal bands?

Listen to the The Tide Will Swallow Us Whole. Its a little different from Panopticon, Through Silver in Blood or Somewhere Along The Highway but its still a phenomenal album

DAMN RIGHT, tide stuck with me pretty hard ever since it came out and I always hoped they'd finish a follow up.
