Lars + GF Expecting Baby 2006-12-07 by Jom | 11 Comments | Metallica trashcan banger Lars Ulrich and his girlfriend Connie Nielsen (of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Gladiator fame) are expecting their first child together.
The couple is reportedly ecstatic about the new addition to their lives, even though it's rumored that Lars is sullen due to the fetus being more able to keep a beat.
Both Ulrich and Nielsen are 42 years old and have children from previous marriages.
Nielsen has a sixteen year-old son named Sebastian, while Ulrich is the baby's daddy of Myles (8) and Layne (5).
