The rise against cover is unbearable. The disconnect between the lyrics and the mood of the music is painful, and the interview tidbits don't help in any way to make it seem cohesive.

Some of these are really good, though, they're the ones that you'd expect to be good.
The Bryan Ferry cover is wonderful IMO. Miley's isn't actually terrible, but then again that's relative as the worst cover definitely belongs to Dave Matthews Band. Worst All Along The Watchtower ever.
