Sounds like a nice little return to form
| |
song is so good, i hope he ends up doing more music like his stuff on CMYK and doesnt completely move away from it
| |
Wow, this guy doesn't stop working
| |
disappointing
| |
i wouldnt say this is nearly his best track in this style. but i missed this
| |
Yeah, it's definitely kinda "simple" compared to his some of his earlier jams but at the same time it's definitely refreshing to hear him work in this kind of style again
| |
this guy is dead bent on making a name for himself.
| |
i actually love this track, im more disappointed that this release is only 3 tracks after the range of new stuff on the EM
| |
this guy is dead bent on making a name for himself.
you say that like he already hasn't
| |
I thoroughly enjoy James Blake. He deserves it.
| |
about time
| |
he's got such purdy birdy lips
| |
awesome stuff. wonder if the b-sides will also be in this style

ooooooh i like that a lot. excited for this now, also the tags on the video - post-dubstep hahaha
| |
It came from postdubstep.tumbler so what do you expect
| |
Loved At Birth, not a big fan of Love What Happened Here. I guess I need James Blake songs with an emotive element at this point.
| |
Ok, enjoyed this more than most of his latest work. Damn.
| |
Have you checked out his early stuff Omaha?
| |
I have. His earlier stuff is more fun to me, but still not as satisfying as I feel it could have been. This felt more cohesive than his earlier works, although I haven't heard them a ton so I could be wrong.
Enough Thunder showed Blake going in a direction that I'm quite content with, although his piano-only tracks are quite boring...
| |
nice Im down with this
| |
this guy needs to slow down who does he think he is joey brown
you beat me to the punch lol
| |
The quality and quantity of shit that he's putting out is so impressive.
| |
He's putting out a lot of music yes, but this one's only three songs, so it's not like he's putting out a new full length yet. (Not commenting on music, haven't ever listened to him yet)
| |
love what happened here is so good. and @whitewallstargazers yeah, there's only three songs, but he's released a full length and now two EP's after this one, all this year.
| |
Psh he's got nothing on Rodriguez-Lopez
| |
or buckethead.
| |
I approve of this.
| |
klavierwerke is blowing my mind.
| |
"Psh he's got nothing on Rodriguez-Lopez"
Except 50% of Omar's stuff is terrible.
| |
This is so damn good. I want more shit like this from him.
| |
At birth is awesome, maybe one of his best songs.
the other one is good but Im mainly just happy bc of the return to form deal.
Are Placing Us, No More than a Road, and At Birth gonna be relased on this ep? Thatd be a kickass ep
| |
Read the article

| |
"Except 50% of Omar's stuff is terrible."
