I think it's going to be more like Two Hunters. This is from their website:

This week Aaron Weaver supplied some insight on the creation of the new album. “I got into a daily rhythm of greeting the weak winter sun in the morning, working outside in the rain until midday, then retiring to our studio to work on the music late into the night. I did this nearly every day for two months. Quite a monastic lifestyle actually. I didn’t see many people. We were totally lost inside the record. Once the record was conceived from beginning to end, we met with Randall and started to slowly build the tracks at his studio in Seattle. I think that this album will be the best thing that Wolves in the Throne Room has created. We’ve never been able to devote this much time to writing and recording. It feels like this will be the culmination of everything we’ve done up to this point.”

In addition to the Weaver brothers, the album will also feature vocal contributions from Jessika Kenny, who contributed so much to the transcendent tone of the band’s massive Two Hunters album.

Artwork reminds me of two hunters, and the comments that they have made on their website about the feel of the album have made me pretty excited for this. Wittr and emperor were the first two bm bands i listened to, the black cascade was one of my gateways into black metal

This sounds awesome. One of the few times where the self-hype is actually believable, and promising. STOKED [2].

a couple of dudes with the promos were saying this was awesome. "its very much on par with Two Hunters. Black Cascade was two layered where they tried to combine different things into four songs. Celestial Linage has things more spaced out with four black metal tracks with separate incidental tracks. there is also harp in this one...and it rocks"

Great idea. Having a parody band of WITTR would be brilliant. Kind of like the Cannabis Corpse concept. But for Bears in the throne room, the band would ethically be the polar opposite of Wolves.

I think that the band name is supposed to create the image of chaos and disorder. Not really sure what a throne room is, but it probably has something to do with royalty or high class society. A wolf in the throne room would no doubt be a threat to those in power.

Thats true too, I never though about it that way. Although I don't really think of a wolf as being incompetent. I think of the wolf as a predator that instills fear in everyone around them.

No, because it's a German word. Back in the 18th century when German hunters started to wipe out wolves we had plenty of them, hence the the word "Wolfhorde" or "Wolf(e)shorde". It's just that the words wolf and horde are identical in German and English.
