Deep Blue was their most consistent (and best overall) release. The raw production helps the songs translate into a live environment so much better than the clean-cut triggered production on their last two albums. Video is hilarious; Jia's bass strings are having seizures.

Yeah Deep Blue was such a disappointment. There are some good parts and all, but it's surrounded by some of the most decidedly uninspired music I've heard from them.

I didn't enjoy Deep Blue, I found it repetitive and boring, although it had some good songs like
Unrest.
But I don't think any of their albums are good as a whole, they just have good songs throughout their
discography.
