In no way is Kanye underground. Every music site ran with his new album the moment it came out. It is being called the "Sgt. Peppers" of hip hop... pffft. it's not a reason to not get a last.fm account. it's not like last.fm is saying these are the best artists of the year, they were just the most searched by users.
