The Hall of Fame is still horrendously irrelevant, but this still rules. Tom Waits is a personal hero
of mine.

The fact bands like Judas Priest, Rush, Iron Maiden, Journey, and hell even KISS aren't even in still makes the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a joke.

I never really understood why the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame exists/needs to exist/should exist, but Tom Wait does rule and it's good to see him getting some props.

The fact that Rush, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Deep Purple haven't been inducted makes me lose faith in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It should just be called the "Music Hall of Fame."

Awesome, the album "Real Gone" got me into Tom Waits and it's been a fun ride ever since.

Bon Jovi kinda did deserve to be in the Hall of Fame. It's not a Hall of Critically-Acclaimed-Legends. Bon Jovi was the most successful touring artist this year, after so long in the industry they can still attract more than bands like U2 and popstars and such? That's pretty fucking Hall of Fame worthy.

It may take 25 years for a band to be eligible for the Hall of Fame, but that does not mean that bands like Iron Maiden and Judas Priest will be there immediately! Takes time. Especially at the rate of 5 inductees a year!
