I love "Blessings From a Blackened Sky," and "Origin of the Storm" has it's moments. One common downfall is the horrible clean vocals. Simple fix; don't fucking sing if you can't fucking sing. Sounds like they've retained they're Killswitch Engage inspired sound, and they've filtered the clean vocals to a point that they're acceptable now, and don't wreck songs... and on this track anyways, sound good. No doubt they'll get torn apart because they're 'so typical' and 'breakdown heavy,' but I don't always agree with critical responses. I think this is a potential great release.

Oh hey, this band!

Always was a fan of this band, but it seems like they are not moving forward at all. Both of their albums have been pretty similar sounding but by the third they should definitely try and think outside the box.
Song was pretty standard sounding, I'm thinking their new one might just be average.

I remember listening to 'Origin of the Storm' over a year ago; it didn't do much for me

Enjoyed both of their albums, hopefully they can branch off and distance themselves from KsE clones this time round.

Nothing special

Awesome tune. Getting my metalcore fix alright.

Songs good, but a little variance would be nice.

Scoot that's easily their best song

Without a doubt. That used to be one of my favorite metalcore songs and I still give it a spin every now and then.
