New Funeral For A Friend Album 2006-09-24 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 6 Comments | Welsh rockers Funeral For A Friend have posted the following update to their website:
"the writing has been going very, very well, this is the most excited that we've been about a record since we started this band and it represents each of us better than any Funeral songs have ever done in the past. we're really excited about it. we're hopeing to go into the studio around November time and have the whole album tracked before christmas sets in. we're really excited about the recording time, oh and more news on who we will be working with to produce the record in the coming weeks."
The group released their second album Hours in 2005 to mixed critical reaction, especially in relation to their much-acclaimed full-length debut Casually Dressed and Deep In Conversation.

i don't think it'll be anything like the others, i think it'll be different again. they may have some screaming on some tracks, but matt can't scream at all.
