I like this, Korn was basically the only band I listened to back in middle school. They have a special place in my music library, and probably always will. Definitely sounds like I'm gonna enjoy this.

I've been looking back through their catalogue, and am on life is peachy. It's funny taking a first look at a hugely popular band for the first time long after thier star has faded.

ambient alt rock....deftones. oh dear! Well they have some ambient song but then most bands have softer songs. Its like calling mettalica an accoustic metal band as they have a few clean songs. Well i think nu-metal is a broad sub genre and deftones deffinitly drift into it.

I'm not sure about opening bands. The price, is get this, 50 DOLLARS. Put it this way, i saw Megadeth at the same venue in December and it was 30 bucks. 50 bucks for fucking Korn. I refuse to pay however, I told her if she wants me to go shes paying for it. Some guys run the house, some guys run around the house.

Reading through some of these comments, some of you kids have no clue what nu-metal is. Deftones fall into the nu-metal category because of the riff structures. I guess you could make an argument that alt-metal plays out the same way, but then I would just call you out for splitting hairs. If you argue that Adrenaline and Around the Fur aren't nu-metal, you might as well give up on life.
