i dunno how things are in the states, but up here in canada eh it's illegal to have windows tinted above a certain shade.. or darker i guess it would be worded.. police can fine you, or even make yous top driving it immediately... je ne sais pas

I don't find it that stupid that they can search cars with tainted windows. But they probably wouldn't have thought about it if he hadn't been parked like a moron. And it was definitley not a good idea to have the guns loaded.

Cops always search cars that are tinted to the point you can see inside whenever they pull someone over etc.
