Would have been nice if they could have been honest with people. And they should deeply apologise to Jimmy Eat World, who were thrown to the wolves having to appear between Jane's Addiction and Faith No More ( and Mike Patton's member)

It doesn't sound like he quit, it sounds like he got kicked outta the band...
This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly.

Since this band WAS my teen years I am a little sad about this...but oh well, if they ever get a replacement that will be their third drummer.

Not like it really matters. He was the least recognizable out of all the members, and seeing how they will be now going on there 3rd drummer in 4 albums, its not like there drummer was a key part in helping give them any sort of distinct sound. Oh well I just want the new album.

I wonder if this will cause any impact on their music. I'm quite interesting on seeing who will be the new guy, and knowing who is doing the drum tracks on the new songs they speak of.

I think a lot of people just generally dont like this band because of the cred they get from all the little 12 year old faux-goth girls that obsess over them. But this is definitely one of the better pop-punk bands.

No, I listened to them plenty of times with an open mind. The Black Parade is one of the most trite pieces of crap I've heard in quite some time.
It's not as bad as a lot of metalheads give it, but it's not nearly as good as some of the hipsters trying to redeem it are making it out to be.
