Slash & Fergie to Record?

2010-02-18 by Prophet178 | 31 Comments
In a recent interview with Slash, the guitarist/songwriter revealed that he would like to continue his work with Black Eyed Peas' songstress Fergie, proclaiming:

"...I had a certain synergy with all of them [Black Eyed Peas], I might actually do a rock record with Fergie."

In the past Slash has collaborated with Fergie live, playing the hit Sweet Child of Mine with the singer. Fergie also appears on Slash's upcoming self titled solo debut.

Fuck Slash, seriously. I mean, the guy made a fit in the nineties because he didn't want GnR to have NIN influences, but he has played with some of the worst fucking bands out there (ICP, Black Eyed Peas, some shitty mexican pop singer)

Is it the era of axl rose. That guy is rockin all over.Slash on the other hand has worked with the who's who of human crap among other legends that probably needed his name in the early 90s to sell. Now hes gone lower from working with rap bands to working with pop divas like fergie, pussycat dolls n rihanna with 1 drum loop n riff with techno music. Good luck slash. Buy some more jewels for ur wife wid dat money n kiss the gnr reunion goodbye coz d fans will probably need buckethead instead.

Proof that Slash is out of ideas.

So by doing something he hasn't done before, also known as a "new idea", he is proving he is out of ideas? I can see you are a man of great logic.

Slash has been doing SO MANY awesome things since Guns N' Roses died!

Except he actually didn't. Couldn't care less about this.

All he wants to do is shag her; if this is how he does then fair play to him. Obviousy Black Eyed Peas are shit, and not even Slash could make them bearable.

it's funny hearing someone with the username "carnifex" say that someone is out of ideas. they've re-released their same album 3 times now. it's only a matter of time before they start re-mixing their debut, BMTH? anyone?

They've become more death metal-oriented over time imo, and even if they haven't progressed to you and followed the same formula, I still love it. Anyway back to Slash, This is something different yeah, but wtf is he thinking.
