Most CDs from half.com are damaged. Some people get the music illegally to know if the should buy it.

im a little both ways w/ napster, lars is defending the right of his to recieve the money he deserves for doing his job, i think everyone deserves their fair pay when they work, no matter how rich or what they do, and if you add up the money from downloads, it would be a lot

these are people who have shown dedication to the band and have bought things of metallica's already, and if you're the biggest band in the world, its no skin off your back
however, he still does have the right to his fair pay for his work

This was funny. I don't think they're wusses at all, but I can easily see how a touchy-feely documentary and a Napster crusade could persuade one's opinion. I actually think it was downright ballsy to do both of those things.

On a side note, anyone witnessed the scene in SKOM with a crying Dave Mustaine pouring his heart out in front of Lars? That's some wussy shit. Where's he on the list?
