I agree, what an awful tour, but Nintendo owns.

Besides it's a good strategy coming from Nintendo.

I have heard that Hawthorne Heights have the crappiest live performance of any band ever...is that true? (I mean there is no way in hell I am actually going to this tour, I am just curious)This Message Edited On 07.19.06

What a shocking lineup. There is no way I would ever go to see that if I was in a position to.

astrel, while hawthorne heights do indeed suck, MCR are a thousand times worse live. although i love nintendo, i must say that this tour sucks.

I love Emery. Why do they always have to be opening for Hawthorne Heights though?

I actually have seen HH twice live. First time I went to see Silverstein and Heights closed, they were alright but Silverstein owned them. Second time was supporting Fall Out Boy and they sounded decent but than things got boring really fast.

As far as the MCR comment, they are somewhat inconsistent live. The first time I saw them at Warped they were good, but a tad sloppy in some cases. When I saw them headline last October they were absolutely incredible.

But yeah I really want to see Emery live and heard they are a hell of a show. This Message Edited On 07.20.06

Think about Nintendo's primary fanbase though. How many 13 year old kids are going to show up at this thing and think it was the greatest concert ever?

I feel bad for emery and plain white tees...and Nintendo. poor Japan. but I guess one lame thing has to be sponsered by another.
