|

woah, steep tolerance.
|
| |
Holy shit, dude. I didn't expect this.
|
| |
OH NOES!!!11!!!!!1
|
| |
lol "police theory"...yeah...sure...
|
| |
god just let the man rest in peace.
|
| |
And forget about his wrongful death?
|
| |
honestly, they've blown it out of proportion so much already i'll believe it when they prove it. wrongful or not, the man deserves some peace after all of this and his family and loved ones DEFINITELY do.
|
| |
Well he's pretty peaceful right now I'll bet, and his family probably want to know the outcome of this thing.
|
| |
Doesn't surprise me.
|
| |
According to Dr. Murray, he administered 25mg of propofol and then went to the bathroom, leaving the room for "no more than 10 minutes."
Maybe he should have took a dump before administering the drugs.
|
| |
If this is true, at the very least the Dr will get jail time for criminal negligence. This is extremely, extremely poor medical care. At it's worst, it's murder.
And I'm pretty sure if there was a chance I was killed by someone elses actions, I'd want it pursued after my death.
|
| |
Oh great and now there will be "shocking new details" all over the international news programs.
|
| |
a twist
|
| |
big deal
|
| |
STILL going on about it? Sigh.
I love all the people that gave a fuck about Les Paul. ¬¬
|
| |
yeah les paul made far more significant contributions to music but he wasn't a hugely mainstream pop icon who was possibly murdered through "medical negligence" either now was he
dont get me wrong it sucks lp's death went largely unnoticed but it makes perfect sense that this is getting more attention
|
| |
lol all the people going OMG SHUT UP ABOUT IT ALREADY
it's hardly small news that michael jackson's death might have been manslaughter. i seriously wonder at times what people think should be posted as news. MOAR THRICE.
|

and opeth.

Im so sick of hearing about this, now I won't be able to watch TV for a week because this will be all they talk about....again
|
| |
ohhh noesss
|
| |
I'm pretty sure Michael Jackson's death will still be talked about well after we're all dead. This is getting fucking ridiculous.
|
| |
Getting ridiculous? It went way past that when that bitch Nancy Grace thought she had all the answers on this story. I would like to see her in a gladiator bout with Glenn Beck, no matter who loses, we all win.
|

^ awesome avatar. zoidberg ftw

bringonthebreakdown is a cunt
i'm sorry that i'm thinking more about the innocent family of a pop icon and less about how much drama the media can dig up about it. again, i'll believe it when it's proven. good to know that being actually being rational is reason enough to make me a cunt though. cool.
|
| |
pwned
|

According to Dr. Murray, he administered 25mg of propofol and after 10 minutes went to the bathroom, leaving the room for "no more than two minutes." Upon his return, Jackson had stopped breathing. He then waited a full 82 minutes before calling paramedics to take Jackson to UCLA hospital and, according to the affidavit, did not inform medical personnel that Jackson had taken propofol.
Fail.

I miss Farrah Fawcett
|

"dont get me wrong it sucks lp's death went largely unnoticed..."
To me, when you say LP it means Linkin Park, though I know you mean Les Paul.
This next sentence is completely unrelated to Les Paul, having a completely different meaning.
Having said that, the death of Linkin Park did go largely unnoticed. They keep getting more and more popular.
|
| |
idk guys, i think the death of one of the world's most famous and loved people, and writer of the best-selling album of all time being suspected as murder is QUITE a big deal
But hey, maybe I'm just gay

BILLY MAYS WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN
|
| |
To me if this is true, it's still Michael Jackson's fault and in no way should it be called homicide or manslaughter (awaits the fans' flames). He knew exactly what medication he was taking and after taking it for so long I'm sure he knew how powerful it was. Not to mention I'm sure he's smart enough to know that it's not safe to mix numerous medications.
Yeah sure, it's a poor job and stupidity on the doctor's part, but if this weren't MJ, it was just be declared an overdose and people would criminalize said person for being an addict rather than the doctor because this **** happens everyday. And yes, I'm tired of hearing about this **** in the media as well.
|
| |
Eak, you are absolutely correct.
|
| |
glad to see i'm the only one who got called a cunt for having a differing opinion still.
|

I agree it's probably not homicide, unless the doctor actually had some sort of motive from killing a rich patient that was probably bringing him in a nice sum of cash. The doctor and MJ should've known better than to take that much of the drug and not to mix them, but Michael probably asked for it all and the doctor apparently gave it to him.
If anything I'd call it an assisted suicide.
|
| |
wow man such a rebel
|
| |
if anything, murray could be charged with MANSLAUGHTER but not fucking homicide.
No, the most extreme thing that could happen in this case with a non-celebrity would be malpractice. But alas, this is MJ so everything has to be blown out of proportion. It's full on suicide and nothing else imo.
|
| |
Milk?
i though about the manslaughter thing, it definitely can't be homicide.
|
| |
hes still dead
|
| |
One day MJ will rest in peace. . . .
|
| |
Manslaughter always sounded far worse than homicide to me.
|
| |
Eakflanderyof what exactly is your knowledge of medical lawsuits and malpractice? If it can be proved, celebrity or not, that the Dr's negligence caused the death, then that Dr will go to jail. There are numerous cases where a Dr's "malpractice" as you put it results in a death and the Dr gets jail time. This Dr's actions will be scrutinised far more heavily for the fact it was MJ, but it wont affect the outcome of the case.
And to claim that it was MJ's fault for taking a combination of drugs when he has a personal medical physician, whose only job is to take medical care of MJ, prescribing him those drugs, is a joke.
|
| |
you're not a cunt mappy
thanks but im not mappy =p
|
| |
plus eak i'm interested in how you are so sure it was suicide. he had two loving children he cared deeply about - no not in that way- and he even said in the interview with that penismuncher martin bashir that he wanted to live forever...like peter pan!
|
| |
sorry make that three children
|
| |
Man this guy can't even rest in peace.
His crazy ass dad who beat him into superstardom is holding his body untill 9-11 apparently his "birthday" to burry him.
Fans and non-fans alike have shitty jokes to tell, and Kayne and Chris Breezy are debating on if they are the new "King" of pop.
Let the god of pop rest in piece even if he did need his "Milk" a lil
too much.
He still ownd everyone with his musical career.

I guess knowing someone personally who has overdosed on drugs prescribed to them (multiple mixed drugs) with the doctor having no real consequences doesn't count for anything. Not to mention my girlfriend works for a chiropractor.
And to claim that it was MJ's fault for taking a combination of drugs when he has a personal medical physician, whose only job is to take medical care of MJ, prescribing him those drugs, is a joke.
It is MJ's fault. It's laughable to say it isn't. YOU are responsible for your own well-being. That said, MJ knew the consequences of mixing these drugs yet he still DEMANDED them. It's just another case of some celebrity with too much money using said money to get all doped up when they have no real need for the drugs. When you have the kind of money that MJ had, doctors will essentially give you what you demand. Many celebrities do it everyday, MJ was the one who took the fall.
plus eak i'm interested in how you are so sure it was suicide. he had two loving children he cared deeply about - no not in that way- and he even said in the interview with that penismuncher martin bashir that he wanted to live forever...like peter pan!
I'm not calling it intentional suicide you putz. Suicide doesn't necessarily mean you intentionally kill yourself.
|
| |
Suicide means you intentionally kill yourself.
Okay, well then he accidentally killed himself.
He was heavily sedated and in no position to make life-or-death choices.
People should take responsibility for their own actions. Not to mention, he was heavily sedated from his own doing. He didn't need all that medication. It should only be justifiably called homicide if the doctor breaks into your house and forces pills down your throat.
|
| |
MJ had a host psychological problems from a very young age and did the best he could to survive. As time went on people took advantage of his kind heart for their own gain.
|
| |
Let the man rest in peace!
|

we remind you forever Mj ! even in 1000 years later !
