Cattle Decapitation Bassist Walks 2009-08-13 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 13 Comments | Cattle Decapitation have parted ways with bass player Troy Oftedal, citing "musical and personal differences."
Frontman Travis Ryan wrote: "We have officially parted ways with bassist Troy Oftedal due to musical and personal differences. There is no bad blood and we wish him the best of luck.
"Filling in on upcoming tours will be our friend Rahsaan Davis. You may have seen him on our recent tour as Troy left tour early due to a physical ailment."
The group have just announced a string of North American dates with Soulfly and Prong, with more to be announced shortly.
