And ya Exodus would def round out a top 5 but oh well. And don’t call me based art you don’t know what my favorite slayer albums are lmao. Personally, I’d take Seasons in the Abyss, South of Heaven, and God Hates Us All over the rest of their discography. Reign in Blood is fine but I really think that record just didn’t live up to the hype by the time I finally listened to it. The rest can eat shit, it’s either fucking terrible or just a worse version of Reign in Blood.

BAT 04.19.24	hell awaits slaps probably my goto slayer. also reign in blood is one of those albums where it was my intro to slayer annnd i gravitated to south/seasons more, buut few years later it surprised me just how memorable that album actually is. god hates us all is an interesting take though i'd probably take christ illusion over it as far as post 90s slayer goes. and check out sadus annnd as far as iron maiden hot takes go : i regretted blind buying seventh son of the seventh son and still dunno why people love that album. number of the beast has an excellent side b but yeah the first few tracks are just okay
