Broooo. Forgot about this band. That track rules. Has old school coar vibes. Love it
| |
forming in 2001 a good decade after the beginning of the genre does not make you an 'OG'
| |
The song they released a few years ago was a banger so excited to hear this.
| |
Wow this fucking slaps
| |
Dont be a nerd, Mort.
| |
But it’s all I’ve got!!

OGs of the popular phase of the genre.

Glad they brought Nicholas Brooks back. They were one of my favorite bands when I was around 14.

How’s. We all know It Dies Today and Atreyu are the true pioneers of metalcore.
| |
Unsurprising, but they've still got it. That was excellent.
| |
Turn Loose The Doves slapped HARD
| |
The Caitiff Choir and Sirens were sick! Glad to hear Nicholas back on lead vocals!
| |
this site is so damn weird sometimes
one of the cringiest bands I ever heard or saw lol. And if I was this vocalist I would most certainly not try clean singing in any song ever again after the disaster that was every single one of his live performances ever.
| |
Man, Caitiff and Sirens were both mainstays for me back in the day. If/when there's an album announcement, don't trust myself not to snag it solely for nostalgia's sake.
| |
man’s never heard the depravity waltz and it shows
| |
This is pretty sweet, I'm always down for some nostalgia core.
| |
“man’s never heard the depravity waltz and it shows”
Big Don spitting
| |
This is fucking good
| |
"man’s never heard the depravity waltz and it shows"
I have caitiff choir just like everyone else into the metalcore scene back then, and one half-good song where they stay heavy isn't and wasn't enough to change my opinion on them. A hundred other bands did this better imo, but obviously they had their fans and I'm happy for any of them that are still interested.
| |
This rules hard. Need MOAR of the OG early 2000 metalcore aka the best metalcore
