2013-08-24 by loveisamixtape | 61 Comments
Jeremy Mckinnon has confirmed via Twitter that the upcoming A Day To Remember album, Common Courtesy, will be released on October 8th.

Common Courtesy was announced over a year ago and has since been delayed because of ADTR's ongoing lawsuit with Victory Records.

There have been two songs from Common Courtesy released since it was announced.

Right Back At It Again is very generic :/

Not as generic as Violence. RBAIA is one of the few songs by this band I actually really like

I'm not surprised about them suing Victory, it seems like every band gets fucked by them at some point or another.

Victory is an abortion, is one of the worst record companes ever, I don't give a shit if they had/have
BTBAM, counterparts, darkest hour and god forbid signed, they had/have design the skyline, Hawthorne
Heights, emmure, aiden, atreyu and this band. Need to say more

Times of madball, hatebreed, earth crisis, integrity and bad brains are gone. Victory since the past decade has been a plie of shit, not only for the promotion of really bad acts; they also have fraudulent practices and they don't pay well

Damn near every bands left victory had nothing but terrible things to say about them. Thursday sued, btbam left an then when victory released the best of CD for them as a last ditch cash grab Tommy said don't buy it lol. Did adtr even win? I remember them filing the lawsuit but didn't know the outcome.

Minus.

Hmm, I listened to their last album and thought it was okay, but never listened to it again. The only song I listen to once and awhile is "2nd Sucks."

I'm a sucker for Homesick and FTWHH. This one seems somewhat promising.
