Bloc Party to finish recording 2006-06-29 by Damrod EMERITUS | 8 Comments | After the huge success of their debut "Silent Alarm" and quite some touring, Bloc Party are to finish the recording for the follow up album in London. The band had spent about a month together with producer Jacknife Lee in Ireland to gather ideas, and according to bassist Gordon Moakes, the result of this time are new sounds and aspects like R&B beats or string arrangements.
Currently the release is aimed for early 2007
