Tragic, terrible news. One of the very few rappers, I can say with confidence, that showed me there was a completely new side to hip hop I wasn't aware of and that I was bound to love it. RIP

Took me a couple attempts before I really got into his music - my ear just wasn't quite tuned to for his style. Once it finally did click, though, I couldn't get enough. Definitely changed the way I listen to Hip Hop for the better.

RIP to a true legend in his own right.

Legitimately one of the most unique rappers that was active in hip-hop. A really genuinely good dude, as well. Heartbroken to hear he passed.

Listening to Honor Killed the Samurai right now for the first time and its so fucking good. This production is insane. Wish I had gotten into him sooner. :[
