Psychopath by Body Count

2024-06-16 by Viraemias | 14 Comments
Body Count, the band led by the legendary Ice-T, released their music video for the single "Psychopath," featuring Joe Bad from Fit for an Autopsy. This track is the first glimpse into their album, Merciless, set for release later this year.

The song is produced by longtime collaborator Will Putney, who Ice-T has praised as the "Dr. Dre of metal," a nod to his ability to bring out the best in diverse artists (Unearth, Knocked Loose, Misery Index) while preserving their unique sound.

Will Putney makes Bryant Gumbel look like Malcolm X. Seriously though, is Putney now just metal's Rick Rubin?

Wouldn’t take much to be better than Joey Sturgis. Have you listened to early Asking Alexandria? The production on this is ass.

Born Dead was quite a decent song. And Strippers was kinda fun! ;-) Didn't say remarkable. Fun.

Saw them Saturday, was fun. To no one's surprise the Copkiller songs were best.

People mostly remember this show bc Ice T went off on some anti-woke boomer tangent.
