For some time now, staff writers at rocking.gr (an Hellenic website analogous to Sputnik), have a dedicated column in which they unearth stuff from the underground that is worth of more attention.

From time to time, they have great finds, and this album (which flew under my radar) is an important example, also because of the genre it falls under, which is struggling in terms of quality, during the last few years.
About Mental Devastation, they continue the great Chilean extreme metal tradition of late, and special attention is due to their bassist, besides every other player therein.
PS: I usually post album streams that are three days old max, but accounting for the quality of the album, and the somewhat ungainly release date, I just had to go out of my way.
