WHAT THE HELL?
|
| |
Oh. My. God.
|
| |
ok, what the fuck just happened to me?
|
| |
that was dumb. ive lost all my hope in this guy. he was one of my fav comedians until like Balls said he was blown out of proportion. i barely listen to his stuff anymore. its all about Jim Gaffigan, Mitch Hedberg, Mitch Fatel, Daniel Tosh, and Demetri MartinThis Message Edited On 09.15.07

He was "blown out of proportion" from the beginning.
|
| |
Everybody watch the Amazing Jonathan standup special. Jim Gaffigan's Beyond the pale was brilliant, and the ventriloquist dude.
|
| |
Wow.
|
| |
Im gaping. Literally gaping.
|
| |
lol's to Jom for being dead on.
|
| |
yeah that was spot on. i still like dane cook's stuff though, even if it's not the most creative.
|
| |
Almost as bad as Aiden.
|
| |
He was never good to begin with.
|
| |
Did anyone see the Mad TV skits making fun of Dane Cook?
Normally I'm not a big fan of the show, but it was spot on. Basically what Jom said, but with the full action punches and kicks and the "stand up and twist to the side and stare at the camera" look.
Worth searching for.
I'll save you the effort. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBcAiCiKYtkThis Message Edited On 09.16.07

His movies are better than his stand up ever was...Employee of the Month had me laughing good...but mainly because of Andy Dick "Are you staring at my breasts?" ...."I don't know..." and when Dane Cook explodes that thing at the Birthday and Dick screams that was the best part of the movie! ...But I've heard his stand-up like the alien abduction that was terrible...I say things like that everyday...not very original or funny.
|
| |
His standup about the drive through was good. Pickless would you like some pickles. WHOPPERRRR
|
| |
His earlier stuff is hilarious. He's probably one of the few comedians who has been this overrated in a span of 4 years (nto counting Russel Peters).
|
| |
For instance, "making a sandwich" turns into "So, I was in the kitchen, right? 'Cause I was hungry, you know, so I wanted something to EAT. A SANDWICH. SANDWICH. So I open the fridge, right, and get some cheese, and some ham, right? But the packaging was BEING A BITCH, so I punched the ham IN THE FACE. WHAT NOW, HAM?! HUH?!"
That is the single funniest, most accurate impression of anything I have ever seen.
|
| |
lol at the dane cook parody
|
| |
Yea Jom is a bit funnier than dane cook, though Im aloud to like dane cook cuz im young and stupid. But theres plenty of funnier comedians for sure.
|
| |
I used to like Dane Cook when I didn't know any better, but the dude lifted a whole lot of his act from Louie CK, and has a habit of stealing jokes in general. Not to mention his act really isn't that funny anyways. He's overrated as all hell IMO. And Jom pretty much nailed him to a t.
|
| |
the song is worse than his standup, saying lots.
|
| |
nah, that wasn't actually funny. It was just... wtf.
Now the video that they made for the song, that was funny.
|
| |
he was one of my fav comedians until like Balls said he was blown out of proportion.
really?
|
| |
Now, I have lost any admiration I once had for the guy. Funny guy, I hate when EVERY celebrity thinks that they can be a musician, it's not that easy to be an artist. Rascal flatts, maybe? F*** this.
|
| |
Pardon me, but
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. That is all.
|
| |
his movies are great but George Carlin is really the only comedian I listen to
|
| |
If you guys want to hear a great comedian, check out Jimmy Carr. That man is a genius. I have always disliked Dane Cook.
|
| |
Jimmy Carr's great, but Lee Evans and Stephen Wilson own.
Never heard of Dane Cook, wish I never had.
|
| |
Dane Cook used to be funny
Dane Cook was never funny.
|
| |
Dane Cook...please....give it up.
Employee of the Month was terrible, and I don't don't plan on EVER seeing Good Luck Chuck.
Jom, that was probably the funniest comment I've ever heard. What makes it funny is that it's true.
Want some real comedians?
Try Lewis Black, Dmetri Martin, Daniel Tosh, and Christopher Titus.
