Sputnik's favourite procrastinators, There Will Be Fireworks, have outlined the current state of the band and their much anticipated unnamed third album.
"First things first: we’re still here, we’re still writing music, and we’re still recording," the band said.
"We are actively working on our third album but ... we’re probably a little behind where we thought we would be at this stage.
"So the third album will happen. It’s not quite imminent, but we have a bunch in the can already and we’ll keep going until it’s done."
The Scottish group also announced that they made several updates to their Bandcamp page, including releasing an alternative version of their song "Ash Wednesday", which was initially released on their spectacular sophomore album, The Dark, Dark Bright.
