Their music always seems so weird to me, that piano part with the off beat drums sounds like they just mashed a lot of stuff together in a DAW and just recorded it. Sometimes it works, but it sounds quite off here. Maybe it needs to grow

pretty disappointed by this'
they just unveil the window just like that? Like it doesn't mean anything? They spend all this time, especially the extra time they had through the last year to build this window, and can't even help themselves to keep it hidden any longer? Is it really that immense and superbly imminent that it couldn't be discovered by natural curiosity?
Anyway the song is great. Duh

Rivers of Nihil - if your record sounds mostly like the 2nd single and yiu have to compete with this...just pack up and go home

I think Insomnium has a few moments that stand above anything Be'lakor has done, but these guys are WAY more consistently strong, and overall the better band imo.

Since the Day and Above were great albums imo as well, not on Be'lakor's level though as a whole. Too much talk about Insomnium in this thread anyway.

The song is closer to Stone's Reach than Vessels. I was expecting something more progressive but probably this time the lads will drop something more straightforward. That's fine by me.

Song slaps hard, though there's some cool little drum details that are a bit low in the mix that I wish were more prominent since you can only hear them when blasting the track–which you should be doing anyways

The consistency on theeeese boiiis, really good song, loved it at first listen. That kinda Opeth intro got me so easily and the drums are so fun for a melodeath track, guitars are pretty familiar similar to DT in some parts.

Hidden Window sounds just like the newer Dark Tranquillity sound, carbon copy.
Same producer or what?
Still enjoyable but that main riff is almost stolen from one song of DT.
