| |
damn this is actually really good, was not expecting to be this impressed
| |
Just came here to say this album is fucking awesome.
| |
Will jam for Def. m/
| |
yeah, it has some parts not advised to people with epilepsy
| |
Oh Boy! Keep those ratings coming! If I were to be a prog expert I would say "this is how to prog".
Will check this full video later.
| |
I can't help but feel like We've Been Here Before Beneath the Forest Floor in the Cellar when Nightfall Came. We heard a Voice telling us the Eat Them While They Sleep and cast their remains under the Willow. It was none other than an Old Friend, merely The Color of My Memory...
| |
That would be a much cooler soundoff x)
Props for mindleviticus soundoff 0.0d rating with 3 bumps (one of which mine) saying "muy bueno"
| |
it is muy bueno indeed
| |
Just found this has guests from Artificial Brain, Gorguts, Revocation and many others. Check all of them here:

Nice insight D
This album is quite relevant
| |
would prolly give this album a 4.5 if the songwriting was more cohesive
good stuff though
| |
yeah I hear you on cohesion. There's alot of moments on this where it'll be pretty brutal blackened prog death and then immediately with no warning goes to like a calm synth or guitar pattern, it's just such a curveball and it happens too frequently and it's annoying as fuck.
Really good stuff though for the most part.
| |
yup thats exactly my issue. it was fine the first couple times but then it happens over and over and it just comes across like they didn't know how to transition from idea to idea. some songs drag a little too. way more good than bad though.
| |
album blows
| |
you sure you spun the right album?
| |
There s a lot of broomsticks upon asses keeping from aknoweledge a true modern classic. These guys spent 5 years working on this project to get it exactly like it is. Abrubt, unexpected, violent, beautifull and mindbending. Everyone should really watch the full album stream video before forming an opinion.
| |
Neither. But its a nice shortcut that enhances some sweet spots and it may also bring down some initial skepticism.
| |
Nice encouragement! I'll take it into consideration X)
| |
Don't forget you can ask sputstaff for help before you post it, to avoid misspellings and optimize some sentences ;)
The sputstaff will not let you down D

But why? That does that opposite of impressing me. They certainly know a lot of people around metal by why the hell do they need to get so many others involved?
| |
Because why not? The band has played with these musicians/bands in the last several years.
| |
i mean kevin hufnagel's solo is sick so

Album is amazing.
| |
That’s a fact, a product of its time
| |
Yeah this is the shit.
| |
"a product of its time"
A perfect way to conclude the 2010s
