Charlie really should get back to doing Fightstar stuff. This is probably a lot more commercially viable but man, Fightstar has put out such great music that it kind of sucks seeing Charlie doing pre-teen Busted songs.

I'm still gutted about having to miss that last London Fightstar gig three years ago due to work. I was naive and assumed 'I'm sure they'll be back soon' only for Charlie to go back to Busted a few weeks later. I'd been waiting years for Fightstar to reunite so I could see them live.

As much as it sucks, I can understand why Charlie's doing Busted. Yeah, it's more commercially viable, but the man has a kid to support (possibly two? I'm not 100% on that though), and I don't think Fightstar records sell enough to provide for his family which is a shame.

Let the guy make a little money, damn. He'll find his way back to Fightstar eventually.

Busted were kind of a guilty pleasure for me as a kid. Didn't like their EDM attempt a couple of years ago though.

On hold, they plan on doing it as a passion project. Busted is Charlie's full time gig now, while Alex and Dan have Gunship and Omar is also here.
