I fucking love Halford and have nothing but respect for him, but his voice is going, I agree. I just watched a video of a comedian talking about old-school metal and Halford comes on as a surprise guest and they proceed to sing "You Got Another Thing Comin'" together... And Halford gets outshined by the comedian...

Halford's been up and down the last ten, twelve years. he can still belt it but needs to rest his voice more and more.
