What a shitty surprise

Throne is clearly this band's best album, but this is still pretty cool to see. Great to see Derek Bloom active again.

However it seems that Sonny's vocals are nowhere near where they used to be - this guy absolutely destroyed it on Heroine. The choruses on "The Crows Are Coming for Us" and "Heroine" showcased remarkable ability. Maybe some of that voice will come back with some practice.

Even if it doesn't, it's cool to see this band back together, they have an interesting toolset and hopefully we get some Throne-level material.

decisions I still think Heroine was their best. Throne, whilst obnoxious at times, was great instrumentally and overall just a fun album. I like Matt Manning being in the band still and think this is the best possible lineup. It'd be cool if they made another album which didn't suck.

The new song was really bad but I wouldn't opposed to seeing this band live.

I remember having my mind f'ing blown when I found out Skrillex was Sonny.

Man, the singing and screaming is just bad.

Not surprised Sonny and Travis switched for Kiss Me. That was the one on the album where Sonny actually played guitar on the album. He doesn't scream anymore either so made sense for him to play the one he wrote on guitar, and Travis to handle the vocals on a song which is 90% screams.

I don't think Sonny ever screamed.

From Autumn To Ashes were fucking terrible. Only their last album was pure gold and few songs from The Fiction We Live, rest was pretty trash.
